My role as a health and strength coach is to mentor and teach you, not just train you. I will equip you with the right tools and knowledge so that you are confident in knowing the correct nutrition for your body type and how to train until you are confident and self-sufficient you no longer need to rely on anyone in the long term. I will provide you with a better understanding of yourself and your body which will help guide you to become the strongest and healthiest version of yourself. Physically, mentally and spiritually.
One-on-One Personal Training
One one One Coaching is 100% undivided attention on you! You will be fully equipped with a structured, tailored programmed specifically designed to achieve your results. Each client is thoroughly pre-screened prior to commencing training, to ensure you get the right game plan suited for you.
Squad / Semi-Private Group Training
Our 4 on 1 Squad / Semi-private group training is a personal training program designed specifically to help increase strength, tone and fitness. The classes allow Kristal to monitor technique and ensure you reach your full potential safely every session.

Builds your foundation. If you’re new to fitness but don’t want to pay the rates of a personal trainer, then Squad Training is a great way to learn the basics and establish proper form from a professional without having to empty your pockets.

It establishes accountability. You’re much less likely to quit or not show up if you’ve got one of your Squadrons or even your Coach depending on you to be there. You will also be motivated by others. If you’re feeling tired and don’t have the energy to push yourself, you’ll be able to feed off the same energy in the room.

Ensures you’ll have a great workout. Planning out your workout can be exhausting and, in some cases, even prohibit you from going to the gym. Especially if you’ve just had a full day of work, you’re tired or you only have a limited amount of time. Kristal will do all the thinking for you. Posture & Functional Movement Screening
Your posture is how you hold your body when standing, sitting or lying down. Have you always wanted to work on your posture, body alignment and structural integrity? Then a postural assessment is for you. A Posture analysis investigates any abnormalities and deficiencies in the body to assess how you are moving and functioning so we are able treat the underlying causes.

Complimenting a postural analysis assessment, a Functional Movement Screening (FMS) is a scientifically validated screening tool that identifies weaknesses, imbalances, limitations or asymmetries in an individual. Equipped with corrective exercises, the benfit of an FMS is to improve your movement patterns and reduce the risk of injury or sustaining a musculoskeletal disorder. This type of functional assessment creates a baseline measurement which can be monitored over time.
